Happy Birthday Mr. Gandhi

So here I am in the capital city of the biggest democracy of the world.

The flight was very cool. I sit between to Indian guys and they were really funny. I had a couple of beer with the one on my left and as it came to lunch I remembered that in India you always eat with the right hand (they really do, i know now). But it is pretty hard to cut with the left hand and eat with right. Anyways, I survived and as we landed I was picked up right at the exit of the plane.

Next surprise was that I have an own driver here. Well, I share him with the other guys in my appertement but the are not here yet. By the way my appartement is pretty nice. I load some pictures up tomoorow, because I am at the office right now and forgot my camera.

Yesterday I could not go to any Internet shop or any shop at all because everything was closed. The reason for that was that it was a national holiday, because of mahatma Gandhi's birthday. So my driver took me to old Delhi and I sneaked around for a couple of hours which was really interesting.

There are not many tourists around here at the moment I guess, because yesterday I thought I was the only one. This was probably the reason why everyone stares at me all the time. But many people spoke to me and asked where I am from and as I said Germany they always went like "Oh Germany, football, very good" or "Ah Guten Tag". Of course everyone was really friendly and I didnt felt unconfortable. Like I said pictures will follow.

So far till now. Take Care and stuff
